ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in

From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
For arrivals after 20:00 until 23:00 there is an extra payment of 32,00 euro
For arrivals after 23:00 there is an extra charge of 65,00 euro

Check-out

In the morning until 10:00 a.m.

Check-ins before 3:00 pm are only possible if the apartment is already vacant, clean and sanitized from the day before, so they must be agreed from time to time with the property. If they are agreed, no extra cost will be required.

KEYS

Upon check-in, guests are provided with a copy of the keys to the main entrance and the keys to the apartment.
Guests are asked to keep with care the keys along with the cards.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accommodation includes bed linen and towels, cleaning service and utilities.
The facilities are entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
No more guests are allowed than the number indicated in the reservation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Credit card number is required as a guarantee.
The amount will be charged on the day of arrival.
Taxes are included in the price of the apartment, excluding tourist tax.

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

For cancellations made up to 12 days before arrival, no amount will be charged. In case of cancellations made less than 12 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. In case of cancellations made less than 3 days before expected arrival or in case of no-show of the customer on the day of arrival (no-show), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

At the time of check-in a security deposit of € 200.00 will be required, to protect us from any damage to the apartments, or from the loss of keys or magnetic cards. The deposit consists of a bank “Pre-authorization” on the customer's credit card, therefore not a debit. This is a temporary block on the credit card ceiling which will then be automatically unlocked by the customer's card interbank circuit within 20 working days. To do this Pre-authorization, all credit cards and prepaid cards are fine, except Amex, contactless and Bancomat.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Additional guest kit: sofa bed with sheets + towel set 10€ per day.
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using parents' bed.
A cot can be provided for children under 4 years old with bedding and blankets. On request with a small supplement of € 8/night.

TOURIST TAX

Since July 1, 2011, by resolution of the City Council No. 33 of 20/06/2011 was established in the city of Florence the Tourist Tax for visitors not resident in the City of Florence. 
By resolution of the City Council n.483 of 29/10/2019 were approved the new tax measures valid from January 1, 2020 that establish for our type of accommodation facilities the tax of 4 euros per person per night.
The tax applies per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and children under 12 years are exempt from payment. For other cases of exemption and for any further information on the subject, we invite you to consult the reference legislation of the City of Florence.
