Four of our apartments, MYFH and Gold Bridge, are located in Via de' Bardi, less than 100 meters from Ponte Vecchio, on the third floor of a modern building with elevator, each one on the same landing. Therefore, they are also suitable for groups of people who wish to stay close to each other.
The privileged position located in the heart of the city allows you to immediately enjoy one of the most suggestive views of Florence, the Ponte Vecchio with its prestigious goldsmith shops.
It takes only 5 minutes by walk to arrive at the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Signoria and Palazzo Pitti.
You can also take advantage of a convenient covered parking located in the building next door (Garage Ponte Vecchio).
The neighborhood is well served, nearby are located: bus stop, numerous restaurants, bars, bank, post office, shops of the most famous brands, wine bars, grocery stores and supermarkets.
In the building on the opposite side of the street there’s Golden View Open Bar where you can enjoy excellent Mediterranean breakfasts, lunches and aperitifs while enchanted by the extraordinary panorama view of the Ponte Vecchio.
The Ponte Vecchio, historical symbol of the city, saved from the bombardments of World War II, it was built in 1345 and later integrated with the Vasariano corridor, wanted by Cosimo I Medici in 1565 to cross the district and connect Palazzo Vecchio, seat of the government of Florence, with Palazzo Pitti being the private residence of the Medici family.
Our fifth apartment, Santa Croce Suite, is located in Via G. Verdi on the third floor of a modern building with elevator.
It is located just 100 meters away from the Basilica of Santa Croce and 5 minutes by walk from Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The location is great if you aim to visit the major monuments and museums of Florence.
In the same building there is a convenient covered parking (Garage Verdi).
The neighborhood is very well served, nearby are located: bus stop, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bank, post office, leather goods shops, grocery and typical products shops.
A few steps away there is the famous ice-cream shop Vivoli and the renowned Enoteca Pinchiorri.
This corner of Florence was a meeting place for improvisational poets during summer evenings. The great poet Giacomo Leopardi used to stay here for a long time and still today it is a very lively district.
In front of our apartment there is the famous Teatro Verdi and Piazza Santa Croce is located a few steps away. With its wonderful Basilica, the piazza is still the stage of many fascinating events. Every year in June it thrills visitors coming from all over the world with the Calcio Storico performed in traditional Renaissance costumes.
